An idea becomes real when you can launch it
For me, skills aren't a separate direction but a tool. I think about long life, the nature of mind and an abundant society, and it matters to me not only to reason about it but to build systems that help bring us closer to what we want.

What I can do
Five things I do every day. Each has a place where you can see it.

Software systems
I design and build systems where data, logic and interface come together as a whole: from a knowledge base to a personal dashboard with an AI assistant.

I make websites that explain complex things: structure, copy, design system, layout, launch. This site is one of them.

I put together teams of agents: each has its own role and rules, and the result is checked by another agent, not just by me.

I hand repetitive work to machines: reports, data exports, checks, mailings. People are left with the ideas and the decisions.

That's where I got the habit of seeing a system behind any task: inputs, connections, feedback. Now I look at the body, the mind and the way people interact with each other the same way.

Open science on aging and tools that let anyone keep track of their own health. The idea behind the Extending Youth direction, turned into a working system.

A team of agents that builds websites
My own tool: each agent has its own role, and the work is accepted not by its author but by a critic.
